Whats starndard CPU temp for a Pentium 4?

hello. i downloaded a program called Speedfan. some of you might know what it is already. anyway when im just idling my temps are around 50C. is this ok? and when under a load it goes up to a max of 65C! any help?
is this normal?

stock cooling in a confined space? thats normal, your fine. you could clean up the surfaces and reapply thermal compound, probably see 40s idle.
