Ok guys I am a poor college student and I would just like for y'all to help me make sure everything is good to go in my build.

E8400 CPU

I am at $535 and I would like to keep it as far under $700 as possible.

I need some help with a motherboard. I just can't decide what I need. No plans for SLI or crossfire but I do plan to overclock eventually. At that time I will order a better heatsink and fan.

Mushkin is my preferred brand for a number of reasons, but you'll want to get a 2-stick set so you can run in dual-channel mode. If 2GB is enough, this set is $38.50 after MIR:

You've chosen a good PSU, and getting a cheap one is never a good idea, but you could quite safely go to this Antec for $60: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817103941

For a mobo, a P43 or P45 should be sufficient. I like Gigabyte and Biostar, others around here like Asus. Either of these is $90:

i'd say go for the gigabyte mobo. they are very sturdy and oc well.
