I'm looking to overclock this to 3.8ghz. Was wondering if anyone has something close to this and have it pretty stable. Would love to know what you've changed in bios so I can copy.

I have mine stable @ 3.6 gigs, this is what i did

CPU Clock Ratio 20X
BCLK 180
System mem muitiplier 8.0 Ram will run @ 1440

Under Avd CPU Core Features ( Disable turbo)

Under Advanced Voltage ( enable load-line Calibration

This is a start as i am new to OCing myself ( read alot and learn ) is all we can do

Run your programs and watch temps and volts on the CPU make sure your not going over specs on thos

To the OP, have you d/l hardware monitor ?

How do you like the h50 ? Have you noted temps running prime 95 or video encoding ?
I have the same m/b chip as you also. I'm running stock cooler. With Turbo active, and memory at 10x , I'm at 21x 147 that gives me between 3100 mhz and 3500mhz with turbo. This gives me temps between 35c and 77 usuallty only in the 50's except using prime95. You have to be careful with that program.
