Samsung has 2ms monitors - you might wanna look into those if you are into gaming.

The one you picked is quite good. Don't be taken in by "2ms refresh" or similar since TN panels do 5ms and the extra speed is accomplished by electronic trickery which can cause ghosting and ringing. A PVA or IPS panel is superior, but costs twice as much. They are at best 8ms. Anything below 8ms is fast enough for gaming.

If you have HDTV in mind you might however want to consider one of the newest 21.5" 16:9 monitors, since they do native 1080p (1920 X 1080) whereas standard PC 16:10 monitors at that size only handle 1680 X 1050 - thus having to upscale 720P. (also you could consider a 24", which is always native 1920 X 1080) The following link is an example, not a recommendation, since I haven't had direct experience yet with 21.5" 16:9 monitors.
