Overclocking q6700

Hey guys, so I have question and it would be very nice if you could help out. So I have a q6700 processor and my mobo is a Intel DX38BT. I have been trying to overclock it to about 3.2 or 3.4 but could not figure it out at all. I don't have a heat problem at all with my processor so upping the voltage wouldn't be a problem.

Any help would be nice

It's an LGA775 Ocing guide based on a Q6600 which is an underclocked version of your CPU.
