Oh, and that mobo is for AMD CPU's, your q6600 wont fit in it.
I hear http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813131329 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813131333 are good choices for about the same price.

Yes - that Q6600 will be much happier in that ASUS P5Q SE P45 motherboard.
Im a little concerned that the Q6600 OC'd and the 4870 OC'd will push the Antec EA500 a little too hard. The Q6600 can suck a lot of power when OC'ing.
How about the OCZ GameXStream 600W? It's only $10 more but has free shipping so the amount charged on your credit card should be about the same. And it does have a $30 rebate.
The NewEgg site says it has 2 6pin PCI-e connector but the OCZ website says it has 1 6pin and 1 6+2pin (8pin) connectors.

The rest looks good.

^ agree with WR2 about the OCZ Steathstream. Good changes. Never hurts to doublecheck a build.
