What do you think about my build?

Hello, I just registrated, tomshardware is a great site. Forgive me if I say something wrong in English, I am not from English spoken area...
I am interested what you think about my new build, it is used for adobe products(like photoshop), some games and multimedia. I want strong processor, maybe little stock overclocking, but nothing extreme, because if my chip can go little faster for no price(because 45nm tech), why not. So here it is:
CPU Intel q9550
MB Gigabyte EP-45 DS3L P45, FSB 1333/1600 OC
2x2 gb corsair 800 mhz (CL4!) DHX
Seagate 320GB 7200 rpm, baracuda 7200.11
Gigabyte Radeon 4850
power : corsair 650w (how much power I need for this build? is 650 too much, should I go for cheaper?)
{tower, mouse and keyboard no name).
I want fast processor, solid GPU for some games, but fair price. Can i overclock fsb to 400 and get 3.4 ghz instead of 2.83 with this configuration? Or more, or not even 400? Is this ok build? Please be advised, I am from small place, I cannot buy most of the things I see others write about on this forum. Also, I wanted to wait for core i7, but the mainboard would be 3x expensive+ RAM 2x, more power is required, so I decided to buy this. Thank you!

Thank you for reply. I initially thoth buying some better parts for OC this build, like 1066 ram, x38 or x48 mainboard, and some thermalright 120 ultra for cooling, but to pay all that extra for small gain( I consider even 3.6 small gain for cost of all that extra components, and cost of possible faillure, as and possibility that oc-ing sometimes faces some unexplained "walls", dangers and hardware and software problems). I MAYBE get some better best buy air cooler, if mainboard can raise high fsb, and 800 ram is no problem( i thing that this 800 4ns ram is better than 1066 5 ns?, and cheaper). Btw, this mainboard is VERY cheap, compaired to other x38/x48 mainboards, and I thing it is no less good for this proc.
