System cannot bootwith safe mode

Hello,
i get message about,aproblem has been detected and window has been shut downto prevent damage to your computer.unmountable_boot_volume
it cannot reboot in safemode or any of them,when i press f8

Boot from your Windows XP CD, get into the Recovery Console and run chkdsk c: /p/r until there are no errors.

CAN YOU BOOT ANY OTHER WAY IF YOU DONT HAVE A WINDOWS XP CD
