I have a Q9450 and in the manual it states "To ensure that this Intel processor will operate within thermal specifications, and internal ambient temperature at or below 38c is required."
So I checkout my Nividia control panel and it's read the processor around 32c on idle and when gaming about 35-36c.
What I don't understand is if the internal ambient temperature is suppose to be at or below 38c then isn't 35-36c too hot for my CPU?
