I am building a new PC, due to people droping mine when we moved:@. Here are the specs, will this work, and what should i change if anything? And im trying to stick close to the total price i have now.

PSU : Antec TruePower Trio 550W PSU - With 3x 12v Rails and 120mm Fan (http://www.ebuyer.com/product/114931/show_product_specifications?spectype=extended)

Hard Drives : Seagate ST3500320AS 500GB Hard Drive SATA II 7200rpm *32MB Cache* - OEM (http://www.ebuyer.com/product/130826/show_product_reviews)

I have peripherals i am going to use, and still have a SATA DVD drive, so, will this work? Thanks in advance

Change to a Corsair 550w PSU
Go for 800mhz ddr2 RAM
Id take Antec 300+120mm intake fan (best for price/performance)
And above all, a P45 motherboard.

Another +1 for the P45 over the P25.

I like the 900, but I hear good things about the 300.

The choices looks good, and you will get into the debate of 4870 vs GTX 260

This P5Q Pro won't have the Wi-Fi but it's a newer chipset with PCI-E 2.0 and easier to overclock, Also cheaper. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/145751

GTX 260 needs at least a 550W PSU according to Newegg's page for BFG's GTX 260. I recommend you get a Corsair 650W so you have room for a quad CPU and as many disks as you want and so on.

Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 DHX Memory Non-ECC Unbuffered CL4(4-4-4-12) http://www.ebuyer.com/product/142433

Edit: I'd go with the Antec 900, it's roomy and has excellent cooling.
