I have an Asus M3A78-EM mobo with 2x2 gigs of OCZ Reaper HPC DDR2-800. When I put them in dual channel configuration, it doesn't boot. No display, no beeps or anything. However, it works when I put them in single channel. How do I fix this?

It's a known issue. Some chipsets or mobo's have problems with running certains RAM combinations. It has nothing to do with the manufacturer, so don't buy a new set.
I had a similar problem when I inserted 4x1gb in my rig. It didn't want to run in dual channel, only in single.
You can try flashing the bios to the newest version, available on the asus website. I don't garantee much, though.
