Hey Everyone I am in the process of building my new desktop im debating still between an intel PD E5200 or an C2d E7300

either way the motherboard selection is still the same since they are LGA775s
lets see what people think is a good MOBO for a reasonable price and good features.

I am looking for...
-to spend 100$ +/-$25
-4 ram slots
-onboard Audio
-able to Overclock(i have never OC'ed before but i might try it if i get board and i want that option)
-3+ onboard fan controllers
-dual bios wouldnt hurt.

right now this is what im leaning towards just because of the fact TH have used it on both of their last 2 budget builds and claim it is great

should be ideal, gigabyte have a few differnt variousons of it but than so does asus, ethoir that or you could look at the asus P5Q serous

Oh ya at the start of review guy says theres no sound hardware,Umm.look at back pannel.
