Hi, I'm working on my new rig atm and I was just wondering if the "CORSAIR CMPSU-1000HX 1000W" will be enough to run two 4870x2.

Any of the 80 plus certified units at 1kw will work just fine with some overhead.
That Corsair is a good unit.
