PNY RAID QUESTION

Happy holidays to you all of you. I have found the following RAID card.

Do you think it is a good card? Does any of you have any experience with that card? Please let me know.
I have Q 6600 at 3.3, 8 gb, 1 TB hd and vista 64 . I also want to know the overall system stability if i add raid card with second hd. Please help me out. If you approve this card, i will go out and buy it tomorrow.
