I have a 600 PSU, with 2 harddrives in Raid 0 and E6750 overclocked to 3.2.
Should I be worried about any power issues?

Wrong forum!
Unless you have a big graphics card, no.

Should be no problem for one 9800GX2, what brand PSU do you have?

I wouldn't be so sure... the 9800GX2 can draw up to ~300W, his CPU is somewhere around 90-100W, add to that the two hard drives, optical drive, motherboard. Keep in mind this PSU is supposedly (And I say supposedly because I wouldn't trust Ultra and their ratings) for 35A on the 12V rails (That's 420W).

It could work fine, but don't be surprised if you run into issues. In fact, if anything I'd be expecting them to show sooner or later.

It's sketchy. On paper, it could work fine. Ultra has been known to be pretty crappy in the quality department. I have two 600w Ultra PSUs that a friend gave to me, because he bought them and didn't know any better. They are giving me issues with just running 1 8800GTX.

I'd say 40% yes, 60% no. Depends how the PSU holds up once the card needs all its juice.
