Don't get that board, you won't be able to OC with it. Also don't get that CPU, there are better alternatives, especially for the money. Rosewill PSUs are junk, you will need a good quality PSU to run everything well, finally I would get an HD 4850 instead of an 8800GT, you will definitely feel the difference.

Yea the build that emp showed is very good +1

Get the Corsair PSU
and instead of that Tuniq Tower, get the Xigmatek 1283 with the retention bracket...much better choice
