Asus P5Q LGA775 and OCZ Reaper HPC D/C

I read about an issue with this motherboard (Asus P5Q LGA775) and RAM with a heatsink attached to it, and that the RAm is a very tight fit against the motherboard heatsink. Pictured just above the first DIMM:

I'm curious is anyone knows if the OCZ Reaper HPC RAM will fit next to this heatsink.

I have already engaged OCZ regarding the compatibility but no response as of yet...

Update from the kind people at OCZ, they have indicated the Reaper sticks should find in that motherboard.
