Asus M2N-SLI Freezing/Rebooting

I just recently installed a new Asus M2N-SLI with a Athlon 64 5800. I completely reformated my HDD, sense this the computer goes to the OS (win xp) then either freezes or just out right reboots. I know it's not overheating and I get no blue error page.
