ECS P4M800PRO-M478 (V1.0) bios flashing

When I try to flash my bios with afuwin or floppy it comes up (error flash part not supported).Can anyone tell me what they think the problem might be?I'm running intel pentium 3.4ghz -video is Radeon® 2600 Series AGP -memory buffalo ddr2 1gig I have always been able to update any bios until this mobo.
