P5N-D Overclock issue

Last response: in Overclocking

This is what I have:

Asus P5n-D
Intel Q6600
OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 4GB (2x2048) D/C Kit PN - OCZ2P10664GK
OCZ Vendetta 2
MSI 4890 Cyclone OC
Cosair CMPSU-650TX PSU (Just upgraded)

I currently have overclocked to 3.0GHZ. I have been trying to get the system to 3.2ghz, but it seems no matter how much I raise the HT, NB, V -CORE voltages, the system reboots. No matter how much I lower the ram frequency the system reboots. I have tested each ram stick. I have upgraded the PSU. I have RMA the mobo and I cant figure it out. The CPU overclocked on another mobo just fine. It seems pretty stable at 3.0, but if I go up any more the system reboots. It seems to happen more if I raise the HT after 1.4. Right now it is set to auto and I have the NB set to 1.50. At 3.0ghz it seems to be OK, but I would like to get it up to 3.2ghz.

So now Asus replaced the mobo. I have replaced the PSU with a better one then the one I had. Memory checks out ok and has been ran with stock voltage.

I have read all kinds of tutorials and seen videos on youtube and I cant figure it out.

I would much love some help with this issue.

Anybody?

Increasing the clock up to certain points makes it look as though you have a new CPU in the bios. I have found more stability at 3.38ghz if that makes any sense. The NB is at about 1.62, and the VCore is at 1.45. HT seems to be doing better at auto.
I dont know if this will help anyone as I seem to be the only one with this problem.

I hope this will help someone else.
