I'm putting together a new build that I am going to use as my entertainment center (aka gaming/tv/music etc)
I have a 28" LCD that I will use as my TV, but as far as gaming goes I am going to use a smaller LCD for the lower response times and the fact that I can actually get close to it without losing sight of half the screen.
The mobo I am looking at has onboard video w/ HDMI and DVI out...can I use that to run the 28", and then use my actual video card to run the other LCD for gaming? I'm not sure if both can be used simultaneously or if one takes priority, I apologize if this is an extremely stupid question
Also, if I were to use the HDMI slot from the mobo, would that "take control" of the sound as well? (similar to plugging a headset in to the headphone slot, where the regular speakers arent used until the headphones are unplugged again)
