Hello i have a 8800 GTX and i'm looking for the right parts for it

I'm thinking about this build but i'm not sure if it will be compatible:

Kingston 2GB 800 Mhz DDR2 Low-lat
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
Intel E8400
Corsair 650W TX Power Supply
WD Caviar 500GB
LG Electronics Securdisk DVD+/-RW Dl 20X
Antec 900 (already have this)
Zalman 9700 (already have this)

Any ideas will be really appreciated
