Do you have a canon multipass printer? If so, try to tell Norton to ignore spool32 as it is not a virus.



THank you. My earlier message ,under VISTA inadvertently, indicated I had just installed NOrton virus control- etc. (my renewal of Mcafee wouldn't load) for the first time.When I logged on the on the pc later,the CPU/spool usage was shown. The next day , again a cpu usage showed again and then again. I happen to have a BROTHERS MFC copier. I'll look at the micro soft site. Thank ylu again. Bob
