OK, I clocked my i5 @ 3.75 Ghz (170*21 @ vcore 1.21, vtt normal) on GA-P55M-UD2. And I set my memory to auto except vdrm @ 1.64. When I run LinX and IntelBurnTest, the vdram in HWmonitor shows a max of 1.65 and not going over. With P95 it stays at 1.63.

I've heard that with the i5 and i7 the vdrm should not goes above 1.65. so, am I still alright?

The 1.65 number you heard is not set in stone... it's just a guideline... I've seen memory manufacturer reps say where slight overages (a percent or two) are perfectly ok... so that should be fine. I think for long term use most enthusiasts try to stay at or below 1.7. What is your memory rated to run at? My i5 memory says 1.65 on the package.

Mine is the OCZ3G1600LV4PK something like that. It's the OCZ DDR3 12800. It is rated 8-8-8-24 @ 1.65.

However, when I tried to put my system to 200*18 (3.6G) and, QPI clock ratio @ 32x, system memory multiplier to 8x and manually set the memory to spec. Vcore 1.25, VTT 1.21, VDRMM 1.64, my system becomes very unstable.

Anyone know why?

You need to go above the absolute maximum Vtt(1.21V) for such a high BCLK(200MHz). That's why my i5 is set to be 180x20 with RAM being 180x8=1440 instead.
