i have a dell 730 witha nvidia 280 the boards sli ready, i also have an extra evga 260 that i can add to the other pcie slot and power it using a suplemental power supply. i guess what i am asking iswill thetwo cards work as on in sli? peace

no. you could use each card for a separate monitor, but they wont do sli
