Higher CPU Frequency or Tighter RAM Timings?

Are you at your max warrantied voltage?

If your CPU can go a lot higher at looser timings, then that would be the way to go, don't forget your latency is actually [latency * 1/frequency] seconds.

What are your other specs and settings, if you're running your RAM faster than your FSB, you may be better dropping the multiplier (there's always a bit of debate about that one...).

The only way I can get the RAM to run at stock timings is if the the CPU is at the Stock Frequency. But, when I put the timings at 5 instead of 4, I can overclock like a madman.
