Hi!! first of all, I would like to tell you guys that I've never built a system before and I'm new to all this
I've been doing a lot of research and finally decided to buy the following:

MoBo: Asus Striker II Formula
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
CPU Heat skin: Masscool 8WA741
RAM: Patriot Duel Channel Viper (2 x 1024 MB)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB
Video Card: EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+
Monitor: Samsun 953BW 19"
Case: Apevia X-Jupiter Jr. Case (Mid-Tower)
PSU: Corsair 650-Watt supply
DVD/Blue-Ray: Pioneer BDC-2202B
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit

Before I buy it and waste my money xD I would like some help to try n avoid any problems with the installation and compatibility of all the hardware....

Will the motherboard support that video card??
is 650-watts enough power??
Is this all going to work together?? Is there going to be any problems with vista and my drivers??
do I need a sound card??
Any suggestions??
I'm not a gamer pro, but I do use heavy programs like autoCAD, etc..

please do remember this is the very first time I try to put a system together myself... so if I am making some huge mistake, or doing something is not possible, do excuse me and give me a hand :p (btw, do excuse my English, haven't practice for ages now)

Edit:

Hi again... im sorry about not having all the memory details... :p

Patriot Dual Channel Viper 2048MB PC8500 DDR2 1066MHz Memory (2 x 1024MB) ...

another question ,,, should i pick 2gb of 1066MHz .. or 4gb of 800MHz... what is the real difference in the performance of the machine?

The motherboard supports SLI, therefore all Nvidia cards.
650W is fine unless you want to do SLI. See here:

You can use onboard sound if you like or you could get a Asus Xonar.
I recommend this cooler instead:

don't forget to order the retention bracket because push pin mounting sucks.
