9950be overclock

i have a M4a78-e mobo, 9950phenom x4 2.6ghz, 4(2x2gb) 5-5-5-15 ram 1066.

i have managed to over clock my cpu to 2.8ghz with 1.35V (stock 1.3v), with my fsb at 200Mhz which means my ram can run at 1066 but at 16:6 ratio.
if i make my fsb faster then the ratio can be 1:1 if i get it 266MHz is that right? will this make a difference to my performance, assuming i lowered the clock multiplier so overall ended up with the same cpu speed??
