Core i7 860 overclocking

Its not that hard.I have overclocked 860 with 3412 mhz and I get 40-45C.Enter bios and try changing clock which fits you best and gives average temp,if you can't I'll explain  

Well, the thing is, this is my first time overclocking so I was hoping for a guide. Maybe you can write one for me.

That would be great. I'm looking also for a overclock for my i7 860. And I want to reach like 3,2 - 3,5 ghz. You would be helpfully to help us !  

If someone can point me to another thread with this topic, that would be nice.
I seriously need a guide.
