is there something wrong with my e8400?

on SiSandra, under the Power Management Efficiency benchmark, my processor is shown to require only 52.94 watts. this is a 65w processor. Is something wrong? BTW: my "score" for this benchmark is even below a e6700 (11k MIPS), at 9016MIPS.
