Need 4870x2 Help Please !!!!!!

I just bought a Diamond 4870x2 off tigerdirect.com and im haveing some problems with it.
(1)st the performance isnt great,I ran 3dmark vantage and the card scores are completely unstable 1 time it posts 11,000 another it posts 16000,and fluctuates like that.
(2)nd the card is hot like crazy,i knew the temps were supposed to be hot but the when i feel the outside of the card it burns my skin off,half the card where the fan is feels cool but the other half is crazy hot and makes the pci port crazy hot to and i dont feel any air coming thru the exhaust port which is also burning to the touch even when the fan is turned up.
(3)rd the card makes noises when doing anything graphical,has a buzzing and sometimes it has a high pitch squeeling,when i talked to someone else who had a sapphire version of the card they said thier card didnt make any noise like that.so im not sure if its normal,or is the power supply not right for it.
(4)when im playing warhammer online the graphics arent smooth at all they stutter and i dont see any difference from when i just had a 4850 instead of the 4870x2,i know this game doesnt have crossfire support yet but i expected it to run smoothly.

intel 8500 cpu
Asus Rampage formula mobo
Diamond 4870x2 graphics card
Antec 850w power supply
4GB Ocz Reaper pc26400 ram
Antec 1200 case
Vista 64bit
22in. lcd

Im not sure what to do next,I updated everything bios,reinstalled cata drivers,vista drivers,etc.
Anyone have any advice on what to do,maybe you had the same problem with your 4870x2?Im also thinking about returning it and getting a different brand of the card,maybe a sapphire but im not sure if itll change anything.Any advice is greatly appreciated.
