Check parts for a new system.

Hi, I just wanted to check with you great guys and gals on the forums if these parts are ok for a new gaming system. Please see below:
ASUS P5N-D 750I SLI LGA775 ATX DDR2 2PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI 1394A GBLAN Motherboard $180
E8500 - 3.16GHZ $228
(OCZ2RPR8004GK) (RETAIL) 4GB REAPER HPC DDR2 800 DUAL CHANNEL MEMORY KIT $127.95
(GEFORCE 9800 GT) (N975) (RETAIL) 512MB GDDR3 $199.95
This will be used for playing Warhammer online and FPS games like COD4 and Crysis type games.
All other parts I will be gutting from my old system. Keep in mind I do live in Canada and prices are much higher here
