Note: I had this OC to 3.0GHz for 4 months. But the BIOS reset my OC setting after re-install Vista 64 recently.

P35-DS3L(rev2.0) , BIOS version F8
Q6600(G0)
RAM: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066 (5 5 5 15, 2.0v-2.1v)

BIOS setting:
C1E: Disabled
TM2: Enabled
EIST: Disabled

R.G.B.: Auto
CPU Clock Ratio: 9X
CPU Host Clock Control: Enabled
CPU Host Frequency (Mhz): 333
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz): 100
C.I.A.2: Disabled
Performance Enhance: Standard
System Memory Multiplier (SPD): 2.0
Memory Frequency (Mhz): 667

CAS Latency Time: 5
Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay: 5
Dram RAS# Precharge Delay: 5
Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD): Auto(4)
Rank Write to READ Delay: Auto(4)
Write to Precharge Delay: Auto(8)
Refresh to ACT Delay: Auto(68)
Read to Precharge Delay: Auto(4)
Static tRead Value: Auto(4)
Static tRead Phase Adjust: Auto(0)

System Voltage Control: Manual
DDR2 OverVoltage Control: +0.2v
FSB OverVoltage Control: +0.1v
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control: +0.1v
CPU Voltage Control: 1.381
Normal CPU Vcore:1.325

Then, I hit F10 and restarted. It still shows 2.40GHz(267x9), DDR2 is at 534Mhz instead of 667 (which means CPU Host Frequency didn't change at all). So, I tried different combinations between voltage, it didn't work. I also tried to OC to 2.8GHz only, it didn't work either. CPU Host Frequency resets to 267 everytime I restat. Need help asap, Thank you.

Try Setting "System Voltage Control" to AUTO. Hope it may help

Try doing a "Load Optimized Defaults' first, THEN set your board up...

I have a similar setup, i also OC my board to 3.0ghz. My board resets it randomly all the time. Sometimes it takes months, othertimes days. I have yet to find a solution. I have also tried the 2 suggestions posted. They have not worked for me. I have also had many more problems with this particular board, and i recommend to stay away from it. Once that tax return comes, i will have a new board.
