MAn i never seen a board as this one where someone cant get an a good answer or help

I have $200 and want to get an asus p55 Mb and like to know which is top for stable high OCing
and lower temperatures

Because you are asking the wrong question, its not a matter of what Asus is best, it all depends on your needs, some boards have bells and whistles that other's don't. Here are a few good Asus P55's :

ASUS SABERTOOTH 55i LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131601&cm_re=P55-_-13-131-601-_-Product

ASUS P7P55D EVO LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131407&cm_re=P55-_-13-131-407-_-Product

ASUS P7P55D PRO LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131405&cm_re=P55-_-13-131-405-_-Product

like I said, it all depends on your needs, a 200.00$ board might have a few bells that you don't need, while a 139.99$ might lack something that you do need.

dont get your logic... if i go out and ask for a largest milkshake and the person says your not ordering right.....what can ya say about that?

thanks for the input but still hasn't answered my question... I also have a few good boards listed myself.

You are comparing two VERY different things, you asked what ASUS is best at "stable high OCing" and low temps... Well there is no real answer for that since the Asus boards in the 200 dollar arena will basically overclock the same, give or take. The board is not what determines the overclock, its the CPU. Second, the temps will vary depending on case, airflow, cable management and ambient temp.

Of course a 99.99$ mobo will not perform as well as a 300.00$ mobo but if we are looking at sub 200.00$ boards from the same brand you won't see a real-world difference when compared. Just go with a board that has a good track record and can fit your needs. Read the reviews and decide....

If you haven't the money to spend on the cooling and other aspects of oc'ing then you're not very knowledgable in this feild and should stay clear of it!
You can destroy components very quickly when you don't know what you are doing.....we've all done it at one point or another...lol...smoke....that's cool!!!
Try reading some of the oc channels..you'll find all kinds of boards and cpu configs there.....JQ
