table size

hi gurus, my problem is that i own a ZYXEL PRESTIGE 650HW-31. u know one of that made in ISP candies :-| My ISP is Telefonica DSL and i cannot surf the web with the emule filesharer open. The problem turned out to be that the maximum address table size for this router due to a short ammount of memmory is only 256 sessions, and the lack of the ability to properly close unused connections.

whenever i open the fileshare client web surfing is impossible. no matter if u limit max connections for the client to a max 50. the router collapses the table address due to improper sessions closing.

so...
i´m looking for a REAL ROUTER maybe a 3com or usrobotics (or anyother) and i want to know

1.which is the feature i have to look for in order to know the table size of a router in the specifications,

2.if there are routers suitable to use with dsl and cable (or if they are limited to only one of this net technologies)
