i have xps 400 monitor would not come on found out memory was bad had 1 gig of ram took one out and computer worked purchased 2gigs and put in memory was in dimm 1 and 3 put in same slots but didnt work found out dimm 1 and 3 are not working computer works fine in dimm 2 and 4 is motherboard bad and needs replaced or can this be fixed
