about 2 months ago, my internet was fine

now my download is slow and never passes 100kb, its always at 90-100kb if either its a mirc download, bittorrent download or a direct download.

my dl speed usually is at 300 - 700kb

could it be my router? my browsing speed is fine

im having the exact same problem.. my dl speed was 300kbps about 2 weeks ago, and now it wont pass 20..

I still haven't found a fix for this..

Some ips are throttling down P2P traffic. Yes they can tell what it is.
