PC is Auto Off

J have Asus motherboard P5VDC-MX. i have problem that my pc is going to auto off. when pc is restarted i have seen in start that overlocking failed. if anyone knows about that then plz send me solution. thanks

toavoid restaring of your computer , open ur p.c. pick back ur ram clean the dust if it has and ram slots also.
tht is one thing..

again second one is change jumper settings from 1,2 to 2,3...then after tht reset the system ok agaian boot
