ati3duag.dll problem

Everytime I try to play a game NBA LIVE 08, NEED FOR SPEED CARBON on my pc, this blue screen pops up: but other games like starcraft works.

this blue screen pops up:

Thanks for the help MegaGamer3... But my Video card is PCI Express, I think it wouldn't help..

I forgot to write down my Operating System on the list and Motherboard.

These are my SYSTEM SPECS:

Video Card: ATI Radeon X1650 Pro PCI Express 512mb
