Access denied

Hello,
When I try to get windows updates I get 403-forbidden: access denied

There are trojans and malware that produce the results you experienced - cleaning them should allow you you access the windows update site. Update your anti-virus program and do a full scan. If the results show problems, fix them, and re-scan until all the problems are fixed. Then try the windows/microsoft update website again.
