9850 overclock fail? :( stupid

I was trying to oc my 9850 from 2.5 to 2.75 and now when i try to turn it on it just restarts over and over again can someone please help me

Remove the CMOS batter from the motherboard and leave it out for at least 5 minutes, then replace it and boot back up. That should clear your BIOS settings back to default.
