Hello, I was wandering, I just bought a XFX 9800GTX+ and some more ram, Kingston PC6400 1GB 800mhz 4 pieces off of new egg and im starting to wandering if my motherboard can handle such equipment.

Pentium 4 Extreme (3.46ghz 1066FSB O'Ced to 3.55ghz 1088FSB)
Kingston 512mb Ram 233mhz
Evga Nvidea 6600 256mb
Intel Motherboard 975XBX.

I have heard conflicting story's of the 975XBX not being able to handle the newer faster ram, but I have updated my BIOS and people say all I have to do is change the frequency in the BIOS to get it to work.

also scared that this new Video card might bottleneck one another not sure though...what is all of your opinions?

From what i understand the board doesnt officially support ddr2 800, but that doesnt mean that it cannot run it, probably you will just have to set speed and timings manually. And you shouldnt worry about bottlenecking, just whether or not your psu can handle all this
