The only OC's I care about are the ones within Safe Voltages and using traditional air cooling in normal casing.....

In other words, something that would be relevent for my actual use of a computer day in and day out...........

Not knocking the post, but such exercises do nothing for me.
I don't have time or money to swap in a new CPU every couple days.....
