duck hits 5.5GHz with Core i7

Japanese overclocker "duck" has pushed a Core i7 Extreme Q965 processor to 5510MHz, a quite impressive increase from the stock frequency of 3.2GHz.

doesn't mention the Vcore or cooling, but no doubt it was on LN.

The only OC's I care about are the ones within Safe Voltages and using traditional air cooling in normal casing.....

In other words, something that would be relevent for my actual use of a computer day in and day out...........

Not knocking the post, but such exercises do nothing for me.
I don't have time or money to swap in a new CPU every couple days.....

lol +1 man. i wanna see this 'duck' fellow overclock on air with a Zalman on an antec 300 or something. try to hit 5.5 gighz with that you bastard.
