I recently ordered a Motherboard (Asus Rampage Formula Motherboard, Item #A455-2818) and 2 graphics cards (Geforce 8800GT Item #G458-8800) from Tiger Direct. I was wondering how I could set them up so that I could run both graphics cards at the same time.

You can`t.
Your motherboard uses an Intel chipset (X 48) and will not drive two Nvidia cards in SLI.
However, it will drive two ATI (AMD) cards in Crossfire.
Either return the MB and get one that is SLI capable or return the graphic cards and purchase two ATI (AMD) cards for Crossfire.
Unless I`m wrong...
