Megashadow Set-up

Good day guys,
just wanna ask and need some suggestions about this,
I've got an am3 atx board with 720be and 4x2gb ddr3 modules.
The problem is about my cooler, megashadow.
They're quiet big and I opted for push/pull set-up of 25mm's,
although my concern is that it blocks 1 memory slot and the thing is I have 4x2gb worth of memory. I just want to optimize all the four slots.
I have tried the vertical and horizontal orientation but the 25mm push/pull config overlaps 1 memory slot.
So the only way that I have in mind is to buy a slipstream slim" scythe which is 12mm with 46cfm (for push) and a slipstream scythe which is 25mm with 110cfm (for pull).
Is my fan set-up ok or something's not right because of the amout of airflow difference between the two?

The amount of airflow difference is fine, you always want the push to be equal or less than the pull fan.

Thanks AMW1011, any suggestions of good fans that is 12mm (push) and 25mm or 38mm (pull) aside from scythes?

I would stick with Scythe fans, they tend to be very good quality and the only other fans I know of that are less than 25mm are crap.
