User account missing

Hello, my account was missing when I
created new account. old account was missing, but I trying my new account name change to Administrator ant this error "An account names 'Administrator' already exist. Type a different name. PLEASE HELP. Sorry my bad english, I from Lithuania...

What do you see when you go to "Control Panel" "User Accounts"?

Ką matote, kai jūs einate į "Control Panel","Vartotojo abonementai"?

There is a default Administrator account. That's why you can't name it that.
