  1. What are you trying to do? My initial answer is not exactly You would have to make a wireless access point.
  2. You need to explain a bit better. RJ45 is an ethernet port connection which uses a cable, which means you can't attach anything "wirelessly" to it, and a router is not on a PC, but rather the PC attaches to a router.

    What are you trying to connect to what, and what function are you trying to gain/change?
