Should I replace my disk?

Hello everyone.

I wonder if I should replace my disks:

I ran the hitachi drive fitness tool and it said that the drive is okay. But from the picture above it says that I should replace my disk.

Can anyone help?

Stop using it until you can replace it and clone it to your replacement HDD.

Do not use your PC until you get a replacement HDD and install Windows on it. Then copy important data from the failing hard drive.
