How to Fix Runtime Errors

Hello,
what do I do as I've been trying to open my modem on this laptop and 'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library' keeps appearing?

Here, try this. It comes straight from Microsoft, and it actually helped me get rid of the runtime errors that were plaguing my machine.

If that doesn't work, you can also tell Internet Explorer to stop telling you. If you go into your Internet Options and click the advanced tab, you should see something in 'Browsing' that says Display a notification about every script error. Make sure that is unchecked. If that doesn't stop the error, try disabling the script debugging as well.
