I would like to know before I spend 200$ (on the wrong or bad ram) on what would be the best ram for a M3A32-MVP motherboard. Maxing it out at 8 gigs

I will be running vista 64 premium.

I have a 9950BE 140w CPU stock clock.

I was looking at Crucial Ballistix Tracer 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory for Ram.

Should I get 800mhz or 1066mhz. I heard a lot about people having problems with the 1066mhz

and what brand.

I just went from 4 gigs of 800mhz to 8 gigs of 1066, however I have not been able to get 8 gigs running stabily at this speed. Prime 95 tests would fail within the first 5 minutes and I beleive the ram is what caused my media player library to become corrupted. When I dropped them back down to 800mhz prime 95 would run for hours with no problem. From reading online it seems to be extremely hard to get 1066 speed when using 4 dimms due to the way the memory lanes are setup. I'm running the M3A32-MVP with a Phenom 2 940 and 4 gigs of G.Skill 1066 ram (running at 800mhz). If you're only running 2 dims (4 gigs) then it it seems to be easier to get the board stable at 1066.
